Penny Bergman, Ph.D., is a scientist in the group: Product Design and Perception focusing on sensory analysis and perception aspects. Her work includes questions such as: How will flavour, taste and/or aroma be affected by changes in a product? How will the social and physical environment affect our experience and purchase decision? How can we measure on and with people in the best way?
Dr Bergman also holds several courses on the topic of sensory analysis.
