Oops something's wrong... user account is not activated

Unfortunately we cannot find that you have activated your user for the certification customer portal (ecert). This can be the case if you have not activated your account.

Control that you have activated your account by using the link in the activation email that you have previously received. The email is sent from noreply.ecert@ri.se. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find your activation e-mail.

If this problem persists after you have gone through all of the steps in the activation email or if you can't find the activation email, you can create a support ticket by sending an email to ecertsupport@ri.se or call 010-516 55 55
