Dr. Mikael Kjellin received his Ph.D. degree in Surface Chemistry in 2002 at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. His thesis was focused on the structure-property relations of surfactants based on natural products. He is presently working as project leader at RISE Research Institutes of Sweden within the cleaning and laundry area. He also works within several other research fields related to surface chemistry and industrial applications thereof. He is active in the RISE test bed Cleaning innovation, www.cleaninginnovation.se.
