Jonny Vinter received the MS degree in Electrical Engineering in 1999 and the PhD degree in Computer Engineering in 2005, both from Chalmers University of Technology. His research interest are in the area of dependable real-time control systems including low-cost error detection and recovery mechanisms for embedded systems, and the use of attack and fault injection for validation of cyber security and fault tolerance. At RISE, Jonny has been working as Senior Researcher, Director of Dependable Transport Systems, and currently as Senior Research & Business Developer at the Department of Electrification and Reliability.
