Organisation of the Center

RISE is the host for the Swedish Centre for Chemical Substitution, whereas the  task to shape, govern and further develop the Centre is given to a Board of Directors. 

RISE hosts the Centre and is responsible for the day-to-day business, economic administration, contacts with the Government Office, and for assigning the Board.

Responsibilities of the Board

The Board of the Centre has 9 members with great knowledge and interest in substitution, representing different types of organisations.

The Board has a key role in the operations of the Centre. The mission of the Board is to manage the Centre, its guidelines, and its development in order to the achieve the established goals.

The main task of the Board is to shape, govern and further develop the Centre on a long-term basis, in order to promote the development of substitution in the society.
