Biodiversity in agriculture – how can farmers contribute?

Why is biodiversity so important for our future? Is it enough to leave a small strip of flowers for the insects? What is a SamZon and how can we me measure the effects of our efforts?

Welcome to a seminar where researchers and experts from the Swedish Board of Agriculture, RISE, Naturbruksförvaltningen, Lantmännen and Hushållningssällskapet will talk about different ways of working for biodiversity in the agriculture landscape. During the last two years we have tested and evaluated different efforts for biodiversity within our education system. During an inspiring day we will share knowledge and experience from the project and advice on how to contribute from your perspective. We will also take a look at the future ahead and discuss how farmers can get paid for their efforts.
