As a state-owned company with a special social mission, our owner and board set targets on which they monitor us. This involves both the direct results of our operations and the indirect effects on society at large, i.e. how we contribute to new solutions for a sustainable future.
What we want to show with the goal: We have contributed to Agenda 2030.
How we work with the goal: We develop our methods for following up projects and assignments based on how they contribute to the goals of the 2030 Agenda. In the follow-up, we take into account both positive and negative contributions at the sub-target level.
What we want to show with the goal: We have contributed to transition that meets society's challenges.
How we work with the goal: To ensure that both our and others' research is useful, we follow up our transition contribution annually by weighing up a number of indicators that measure transition capacity at both project and organisational level.
